Al Rasana team were directly involved in the formation of a number of real estate and investment funds. They took part in the establishment of a real estate fund in Riyadh in order to acquire a large well-known shopping mall and develop a number of lands in the north of Riyadh. They also took part in the acquisition of dozens of cosmetics clinics in order to establish a medical investment fund. They are primarily capable of the following:
• Providing all legal advice related to the fund during all stages
• Drafting and reviewing all contracts related to the fund in all stages
• Drafting and reviewing the terms and conditions of the fund
• Drafting and reviewing appropriate governance for the fund in accordance with best practices
• Carrying out all work related to the permanent secretariat of the board of
directors
• Following up and finalizing all relevant procedures before the Capital Market
